WYPREV Consultores SST respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the protection of private life and current regulations.
What data we collect
Through the site forms and the virtual assistant we collect the data you give us: name, company, number of workers, sector, city, phone, email and a description of your need.
The site may record technical browsing data (pages visited, device type) through analytics tools, in aggregate form.
What we use it for
Exclusively to contact you, prepare a proposal and deliver the services you request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Conversations with the virtual assistant are processed by a language-model provider to generate answers. We do not use them to train models.
Retention and security
We keep your contact data while a business relationship exists or until you ask us to delete it. We apply reasonable security measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or blocking of your data by writing to contacto@wyprev.cl. We will respond within the legal deadlines.
Cookies
We use browser local storage to remember your assistant conversation during the session and, if enabled, an analytics tool to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser.
