Training and safety talks
The training happened, but there is no signed attendance list: for the inspector it never took place. We design training you can prove.

What the law requires
- General risk-prevention training for all workers: at least 8 hours every two years, included in the work programme.
- Annual course on the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment, and on hiring new staff.
- Training on safe use of machinery and equipment and on the critical risks identified in the IPER matrix.
- Joint committee training (8 and 20 hours), delegate (8 hours) and prevention officer (24 hours).
- Records for every activity: content, trainer, attendees, assessment and reinforcement.

FAQ
Common questions about this service
Does the mutual insurer not run these courses for free?
It runs several and they are worth using. Our training is tailored to your risks and schedules, and above all we leave the annual programme and records organised so you can demonstrate compliance.
Can you train on shifts or weekends?
Yes. We adapt to operations: night shifts, Saturdays or short repeated sessions so production does not stop.
